(nee Stachowiak) March 6, 2010, beloved wife of the late Alphonse Cieslak; loving mother of Peter (Carol), Christine (Neil) Sullivan and Paul Cieslak; grandmother of Amanda, Eric, Koren and Todd; great-grandmother of three; sister of Marian (late Joseph) Czerniak and the late Elizabeth (Chester) Klosin, Alice (Henry) Hochulski and Allan Stachowiak; also survived by nieces and nephews.
