Passed suddenly at the age of 68. Beloved daughter of the late Richard & Carolyn (nee. Fischer) Morgan. Loving sister of Paul (Sharon) Morgan, Joseph (Michelle) Morgan, Andrew Morgan, Jennifer (Michael) Ogren, & the late Maribeth Morgan. Dearest aunt to several nieces & nephews. Survived by many cousins & wonderful friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 4-7pm at The Dietrich Funeral Home, 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11am at St. John the Baptist Church, 1085 Englewood Ave., Tonawanda, NY 14223. Please assemble at church. My deepest sympathy goes out to Barbara’s family and friends. I worked with Barbara at BCBS for many years. She was a beautiful person who i enjoyed working with. I always remember who love for the singer Bob Seeger and her doggy who she named Seeger too. She was so funny with a beautiful attitude towards life always had me laughing. She loved her nephews and nieces and would always talk about how proud of them she was. So sad that God has taken someone so soon home as you always had the gust for life and made the people around you enjoying your magnetic energy. Rest in peace my friend with all the angels and saints. God has welcome home his humble faithful servant. My prayers are with the family and friends during this painful period in your lives. Our dear friend Barb. Words aren’t enough to express the
sadness of not seeing you, talking to you, or getting together to catch up and enjoy each other’s company. Our journey began with the NASCO department at BS/BCBS, who brought many of us together 35 + years ago. You were there for many occasions (friends and family) and through the years we welcomed many more “friends”. Life won’t be the same without you. Thank you for being you and welcoming me and my family into your life. Our heartfelt condolences to the Morgan family. May memories bring peace and comfort. May your laughter, love, kindness, and strength live on forever.
