November 1, 2009, beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Wessner) Massman; loving father of Barbara (Thomas) Becker, Mark Massman and Margaret Massman; cherished grandfather of Laura (Victor) Freeman and Adam Slutsky and great-grandfather of Victor Jr. and Gianna Freeman; loving brother of Msgr. Brad H. Massman and Rev. John A. Newton, of Toronto, Ontario; dear family friend of Lady Irene Fleming, also of Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Massman was a member, past Chief and past Treasurer of Brighton Volunteer Fire Company.
