Sophie Kaczanowski;
brother of the late Ray
King and Edward Kaczanowski;
survived by devoted brothers-in-law
Joseph P. (Elizabeth) Ivers, of Houston,
TX, and Michael T. (Marilyn) Ivers, of
Cleveland, OH, as well as numerous
nieces and nephews. Family and
friends may call Thursday from 3-5 and
7-9 PM at THE DIETRICH FUNERAL
HOME, INC., 2480 Kensington Ave.,
Amherst. A Mass of Christian Burial will
be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM at St.
Aloysius Gonzaga Church, 157 Cleveland
Dr., Cheektowaga. Please assemble at
church. Interment will take place at
Mount Calvary Cemetery. Henry was a
lifelong resident of the City of Buffalo
and had been a very active parishioner
of St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church. He
was proud of his Catholic faith and
Polish heritage. He was a life member
of the Knights of Columbus. His family
is very appreciative of the loving care
provided by the staff at Beechwood
Skilled Nursing, Bristol Village, and
Brothers of Mercy Sacred Heart Adult
Home. A special thank you to Rev.
Msgr. Peter J. Popadick. Henry held
various positions at Central Carting,
Twin Fair, and the West Seneca
Developmental Center. His loving care
and concern for his clients was
appreciated by all. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to St. Aloysius
