Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann (nee Phillips) Frank. Loving father of Mary Ellen (Jim) Papin, James (Odeale), and John (Nancy) Frank. Loving grandfather of John, Miranda, Adam, Alex, Lauren and Andrew. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and family members.
