I worked with Joanne at the Erie County Dept. of Senior Services in the Adult Protection Unit. She was by far a joy to work with. She was a quiet and dedicated women always looking out for the welfare of our Senior Citizens. She was a delight to work with. She taught me many lessons in my early Social Work journey. She will be missed. God bless her.
I worked with Joanne for many years at ECDSS. I am so sad to learn of her passing as she was a wonderfully kind co worker. She had a quiet strength, a generous heart, and a genuine kindness that made working with her not just easier, but better. Her laughter, compassion, and integrity left a lasting impression on all of us. Joanne will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
