Sorry to be reading this about one of the last few Redfield gng from the 1940’s. I won’t be able to be at the services as we are in Durham, NC, but there will be a Mass said here as soon as I can arrange it. The last time I saw here was in St Mary’s Hospital, in a stairway in 1969 when I was looking for a job after getting out to the Army, and Sheila and I met in the OR at Genesee a few years before that. I was in Lockport for 6 weeks this summer and regret that we could not have re-united. Our youth years were interwoven on Bouge Ave, before it was pavd and through 12 years of school, as well as church. The boys and I were in drum corps, scouts and social clubs. We played ball in the lots on West Main after that. Juli and I were the closest in age and never had a sad encounter with her. Again, I sorry I can’t be there this time. Jim
