Monica…what a loss! I enjoyed many laughs with you on and off the field. Your bright light touched all who were within your sphere. I loved your humor, wit, and energy—you were one of a kind. You will be missed! Rest easy, my beautiful friend.
My beautiful friend, Monica meant so much to so many. She was a daughter, sister, a mom of the highest caliber, aunt, dear friend and one of the funniest people I knew. There are few things one can say to bring comfort to a grieving heart but Monica was indeed love and light and I will miss her dearly. My wonderful, happy memories of spending time with her will never be diminished. May the star she was shine brightly in the heavens for all of eternity. My deepest condolences to Leo and her family. Rest peacefully my friend.

I have loved my cousin Monica for 60 years She was my favorite as kids, We were so close. We chatted a lot and collected things together, she strawberries and me mushrooms lol. So silly but that was us. She was amazing in so many ways including being an incredible mom to Leo. She loved/loves Leo so much. Monica, may you rest in peace. I love you tremendously ❤️❤️
