Very sad to hear of Bob’s passing. I knew Bob very well from his days with Valu, running the store as a District Manager, as well as visiting as a VP. He was always the “go to guy”
when it came to customer service.
He went out of his way to deal with the difficult customers, and solving whatever issue they came into the store with. His positive and always pleasant disposition had customer’s coming into the store seeking him out.
He was the King of Customer service at Kenmore Ave. The stores customers, associate & management teams were a second family to him. He was loved by all. I will truly miss my good friend.

My condolences to the family, I remember the first time I met you. You always made me laugh or always had so knowledgeable information to talk about. I’ll always remember you. So will Shianne. ❤️
Sad to hear about Bobby’s passing. He was my cousin. After our family moved out of Buffalo, we didn’t see our cousin any more, but I will always remember him. He was a very nice man. My best to his family after this loss.
God Bless Uncle Bobby,
A kind hearted, considerate, humble, hardworking person who truly walked the walk as a great man, father and Uncle. A selfless man did everything to protect, provide and love his family.
Much love and condolences to my cousin Roberta and Aunt JoAnne.
Love,
Tommy Kenney (nephew)
Rest peacefully , Bobby.
My deepest sympathies to his family, you are in my thoughts .
