PHILLIPS – Ruth M. (Dietrich) September 28, 2010 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late John A. Phillips; dear mother of John J. (Marlene) Phillips and Mary Ann (James) Frank; grandmother of John (Ruth) Phillips, Donna Marie (James) Wieand, William M. (Debbie) Phillips, Mary Ellen (James) Papin, James (Odeale) Frank, John (Nancy) Frank and the late Mark Phillips; great-grandmother of Bethany, Ann, April, Kelly, Amy, Jim, John, Haley, Eliza, John, Miranda, Adam, Alex, Lauren and Andrew; sister of Anna Marie Bauer and the late Dorothy Lesser Lampart, Arthur Dietrich and Joseph B. Dietrich; sister-in-law of Irene Phillips; survived by many nieces and nephews.
