Service: GJERSVIK – Shirley M. (nee Nicholson) July 9, 2009 at age 82, of Williamsville, NY. Wife of the late Torleif; stepmother of Ingrid (Walter) Hansen of Asheville, NC and the late Joseph; grandmother of Matthew and Jon Hansen; sister of the late Edward, Grace McMunn, Cora, and David; also survived by nieces and nephews. Shirley was a registered nurse by profession and, in retirement, she was dedicated to using her skills to assist friends and neighbors. She was a long-time member of the Associate Board of Calvary Church. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, July 11, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Episcopal Church, 20 Milton Street, Williamsville. Memorial donations may be made to the Church.
