Passed on December 27th, 2023. Beloved wife of the late James F. Fitzgerald. Dearest sister of Dale Smith and stepmother of Theresa (Steven) Sahlem. A Visitation will be held on Friday February 23rd, 2024 from 10am-12pm at The Dietrich Funeral Homes, Inc., 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst, NY. Very sad news. To loose Sue so soon is just so unexpected and sad. She was always a kind and welcoming host when I visited from Michigan. I am sorry that I won’t be there for her memorial but I will be thinking of her and those who mourn her.
