Charles Allen Mercer, age 83,  passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Nancy J. Mercer and brother of the late James Mercer and the late Johnny Mercer. Charles is survived by his son Charles A. Mercer. Grandfather of Cody Mercer, Austin Mercer and Bailey Mercer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as extended family and friends.

Charles had been a volunteer for the Cleve-Hill Fire Department and the Pinehill Drum Corp. He was a retiree of the Leica Industries.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 10:00 am -12:00 noon at the Dietrich Funeral Homes, Inc. 2480 Kensington Avenue Amherst NY 14226 where a funeral service will take place at 12:00 noon.
