Beloved wife of Timothy Philbin. Loving mother of Maureen (Jordan) Grabar and William (Courtney Kerrigan) Philbin. Loving Nana of Owen Grabar and Lyla Grabar. Loving sister of Tona (Thomas) Nichols, Laurie (Benjamin) Madonia, and Gina Gartley. Cherished sister-in-law of Patrick (Iva), Thomas (Kathleen) and Phillip (Maria) Philbin. Lovingly remembered by sixteen nieces and nephews and fourteen great nieces and nephews. I just read about the passing of Gail. I’m so very sorry for her family. I worked with her many years ago at Independent Health until I retired. She was a beautiful person and so very kind and always had a smile for everyone. Rest in Peace Gail.
