To the entire McPartlan clan and extended families Mary and I are extremely saddened to learn of Joe’s illness and passing. You have our heavy hearted sympathies. We were decades long friends by our regular patronage to the restaurant and always enjoyed the banter we had with Joe. We will miss him dearly. Our memories go back to the late 80’s/early 90’s. RIP Joe. Hopefully you’ve already joined up with your son and others waiting for you.
Joe was a great guy. He will be sorely missed. My heartfelt sympathies go out to his family. Thanks for all the memories, rest in peace.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to Dawn and the McPartlan family. I remember going to your Restaurant many times with my parents. It was their favorite place for a fish fry in the 70’s and 80’s.

A big part of our annual trip to Williamsville was to visit Joey and McPartlans.
This has been our pilgrimage since the early 70s.
We had the pleasure of a dinner date with Joey and Mary, a time away from his work was special.
The humor, the kindness, the love, we will miss you, dear friend.
Mary, we send love, hugs and memories.

Condolences to Family. Joe was always so welcoming to me & my late husband. He always knew our names, had a kind word, a joke & knew what to pour for us. We knew he was sick a while back but guess we didn’t know how serious. Prayers & love. RIP Joe.
Bob and the McPartlan family: Bob, you certainly are our closest link to your family. We didn’t know your brother well only from our visits to your restaurant to share good food and beverages and to exchange with him a few pleasantries and a couple of chuckles. We wish you and your family the deepest condolences for your loss. May Joe Rest in Peace.

What a profound loss. Just when the world could use more kindness, we loose the kindest man of them all. So funny and smart. A genuine soul willing to help anyone that needed it. So many stories, so many laughs, without paying attention he’s made me a better person just by knowing him. Farewell giant leprechaun, you’ll be missed beyond measure. My sincerest condolences to Mary and the McPartland family.
