KIEFFER, Mary Ann (nee Clark)
August 21, 2026. Born October 13, 1933. Beloved wife of the late John J. Kieffer. Devoted daughter of the late William E. and the late Viola (Zimmerman) Clark. She is survived by her children: Mary Beth (Francis) Schunk, John (Kathleen), David (Susan), Joseph (Sara), and Kristin (Beth Swaney); her Grandchildren: Matthew (Kelly), Amanda, Regan, Allison (Connor), Anna and Eli; her Great Grandchildren: Austin and Gianna. She is also survived by her brother Charles (Christine) Clark, her sister-in-law Grace (the late Peter) Blenk, and many nieces and nephews. Mary Ann was also an extremely talented seamstress and quilter and worked as an operating room registered nurse for many years at Sisters of Charity Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the UB Newman Center 495 Skinnersville Road, Amherst on Saturday September 12, 2026, at 9 a.m. with a private family interment immediately following. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory should be made to the Sloan Comfort Care Home (www.comfortcarewny.org/make-a-donation). There will be no prior visitation. Please assemble at the church.
