Of Snyder, NY passed peacefully
on May 12th, 2023 in Beechwood
Hospice Care after a long illness. She
is survived by her loving husband of
41 years, Dennis McCoy; her devoted
daughter, Abigail Elizabeth McCoy; her
beloved sister, Patricia Sims; and her
dear cousin, Shirley Stoltz. Also, by
her nephew, Andrew (Kristin) Sims and
their children, Thatcher and Ellie; by
niece, Holly (Alan) Sims Orquiola and
their children, Ally and Jon; by nephew,
Charles (Christy) Sims; and by many
wonderful lifelong friends. There will
be a memorial service in August, on
a date that has yet to be set. In lieu
of flowers, donations may be made
in Mary Beth’s memory to Roswell
Park Cancer Institute. Arrangements
