Atkins, Raymond Frank (Deborah)
Norris and Deborah Norris; devoted
grandfather of Julia Atkins, Daris Tracy,
Elizabeth Norris, Kendel Tracy and
Holly Atkins; predeceased by a brother,
Derick Norris and a sister, HazelBelle
Brookes; also survived by nieces and
nephews. No prior visitation. A funeral
